Skating on the Canal
All Ottawa natives have done it or know someone who’s done it – and for good reason. Skating on the Rideau Canal is a long-running Ottawa tradition that isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. With the frigid weather we’ve had so far, the ice is sure shaping up great for the skating season.
With a city that fully embraces the winter season, you’ll certainly have no shortage of options to choose from for winter events in Ottawa. So be sure to get out there and enjoy it!
